Pros:

Accommodation

Pros:

• "The Makkah and Madinah hotels were superb and just outside both harams."
• "The hotels were well located and provided a very good service although not really 5 star as rooms and public areas were on the smaller side."

Cons:

• "The only issue we had was that there was a discrepancy at the hotel when we arrived in Makkah, as we booked two twin rooms initially but the hotel had a quad room booked on their system which caused a bit of frustration after a long tiring journey."

• "Big chicken pieces hurriedly cooked in a pot too small for the amount of meat."
• "We were provided the same oily, liquidy chicken curry every day."
• "If more care is taken towards preparing menus and more staple food is introduced as Channa dhal etc. Does not help in retaining wudu etc."
• "However brother chef has to go easy on Oil/ ghee/ butter Etc."
