• "I had a hospital referral from the gp for my son, for some reason, I couldn't book the online appointment. I came into the centre and spoke to a receptionist called Nazma, she immediately identified and rectified the error."
• "IS generally a very busy surgery which covers a large catchment area in Ilford, majority of the first contact staff are very helpful and courteous."
