Visitor Experience

Pros:

• "The restaurant is very great too, there is a good menu choice their jacket potato meals are lovely and the tea & scones!"

• "Car parking a nightmare only went for a walk no handbag no money or a card that supports these new apps they use for parking."

• "Have no idea what it is like, pulled up to find the disabled bays have not got proper width yellow hatching to allow room for a car door to open safely and allow a safe transfer from car to wheelchair."

Value for Money

Pros:

• "Firstly at £8 for an adult you really can't go wrong, that ticket is also valid for the whole year to go as much as you like."
• "The tithe barn is lovely for a bite to eat, and not too expensive."
• "Car parking was only £2.50 a day so a great price if you're coming from further away."
• "General admission includes a 12 mth return pass."
• "The museum is £26 for a family of four and with unlimited return for a year, which I felt was great value."

• "However the price is a little steep (adults £8.95) even though this price can include some living history re-enactments."

• "I arrived looking forward to learning some medieval history, only to be told after paying for parking, 'that EVERYONE ON SITE has been hired out today to work with the large group of French pensioners' and that I could not buy a ticket to join the group because I did not book with them."
