"The nice gentleman then came to help book me in for my next appointment and was finalising my visit that day, he asked me if I’d paid for it which I replied yes (as I’m on a plan) and lady on the phone rudely nudged him in front of me and mouthed ‘no she hasn’t’ which made me feel really embarrassed."
