"Unlike most visits this was unfortunately a disappointment. I came for my check up and was asked if I was experiencing any problems to which I replied some sensitivity, I was told that I had some recession and may need a filling but because she was not my dentist she could not offer a filling but instead a varnish treatment."

"My appointment time was 1210 and I was not called in until 1225 and whilst I understand the dentist could only give me options for my treatment the fact that when I wanted to discuss an item I was dismissed with a comment of I am running late, 'we'll discuss it next time'."
