"It’s a shame that I have to give the boutique 3 stars because staffs are very bubbly and warm and the beauty service is good. However during my Saturday visit the shop was clearly understaffed and it was very chaotic."
"Really nice venue for a wax and not a terrible price with Spitalfields discount for central London. Relatively pain free with a mix of strip and hot wax. Friendly technician, however I would probably not go again as it took about 35 minutes for a Brazilian wax. Far too slow."
