Service Speed

Pros:

• "Arrived late in evening, 9 ish, without booking. Was sat promptly."
• "We were able to place our appetizer orders and main course at 6:40pm. Drinks arrived at 6:45pm."
• "We ordered our drinks, mains, and desserts as each time, there were none forthcoming."
• "Josh was our waiter for the night and we couldn't ask for any better, they were so busy but that didn't matter as he was there for you."

Cons:

• "Waited for 30 minutes to get our drinks, 4 cocktails which do take time to make plus a soft drink.. our starters arrived before our drinks did."
• "Arrived without a reservation today, with two hungry children in tow. They were busy but nothing was too much trouble."
• "It took roughly 20 minutes for them to take my order. I kept smiling and nodding at all the servers who walked past me, but none of them stopped to ask if I was ready to order until I asked them."
• "It was an awful experience, the staff was a disaster, they have bad mood, they were desoriented and for a moment I thought they were on drugs because of the nonsense of the things they do like ask me twice the same things or forgetting part of the order."

• "Food took over an hour to come out not all food was served at the same time kids food was 10 mins after ours and we had to ask for our tiger fries at the end of our meal."
• "All 4 of us had burgers, all 4 of us ended up very sick late that evening. Service wasn't too bad but food was bland and overpriced."
• "My wife had the potato skins which were burnt and greasy, I had a cheeseburger which was served on a burnt bun and the Burger had cheese on which was dry and tasted like rubber, the fries were the best bit everything else was shocking wouldn’t come here again sadly."
• "Service was a bit slow, but understandable due to the business, starters were amazing however our main wasn’t great, food came out cold and we was sat by kitchen and could see food sat under waiting to go out for at least 20 minutes at times."

• "Got seated quickly however staff were not friendly, helpful or efficient in anyway long wait for food and ordering."
• "Initially turned away as we hadn't booked even though clearly there was plenty of tables available. Thought it was ludicrous to turn away business."
