• "So for a start, I pre ordered my taxi for the PDSA a couple of days in advance. I was happy with the not just the service I would receive but also the price quoted but even tho I rang on numerous occasions I never actually got to speak to anyone- always went straight to voicemail…. NO TAXI TURNED UP. I was left in a situation of having to find another taxi service at very short notice which thankfully I found. I will never again even attempt to use this company. Very unprofessional."

• "So the journey began with the driver Jabraan turning up 10 mins early to load up, asked to leave all suitcases on the side and loaded up himself so we could get the kids ready. Such a lovely guy was offering breaks as we had kids but we wanted to just get to the airport. Very funny guy entertained the kids when they were awake and great conversations with us too. Arrived on time and unleaded all luggage onto the trolleys and checked online which area to go to so we didn’t need to look for it when we got in."
