  • "Had car serviced there as usual, no serious complaints till now.......Firstly they damaged it, said nothing, hoping I would drive away without noticing, secondly they them blamed the condition of the vehicle as the cause (is was in very good condition) and thirdly they now claim the damage was there beforehand, even though the damage wasn't on their bodywork inspection sheet.....Seriously, I cant believe a 'reputable' dealer representing Volvo would actually lie but they have........and you have been warned...."
