Cons:
"The issue lies with the gallery staff/explainers; in my entire life of visiting I have never had any engagement in regards to the exhibit with any of them, they standing around chatting and laughing rather than doing their jobs, they’re incredibly rude and egotistical."
"Since the Royal Armouries opened we have visited hundreds of times, the staff (excluding the performers) have become more and dreadful, they cannot become more disinterested in what they do!"
"The staff all seemed to be messing about chatting behind the counter."
"My only criticism was that some staff didn't know where it was, one was going to send us to the first floor."
"When we got the show the talker used quite advanced language so it quickly became very uninteresting for little ones wanting to learn."
