  • "Should have been better, it was a quite afternoon and only two of us, staff friendly enough but were left waiting 20minutes to order drinks."
  • "The staff was SO unprofessional, the place was dirty, I can't say anything about food or drink because I haven't even been given a glass of water after 45 mins of being there."
  • "Appalling service from the 'manager' when quizzed over missing food and undercooked chicken."
  • "Drinks then took another 15-20mins to come out and the wait on food was 30-40mins."
  • "The staff were good (except the exceptionally rude manager) but the food was off the scale bad."
  • "Service was slow. Our mussels were stone cold at the top (hot underneath) which was worrying."

  • "Food was borderline offensive - ordered a roast beef, ended up leaving the whole piece(s) of meat."
  • "Ordered a moretti which was flat."
  • "The Yorkshire pudding was solid you could knock someone out with it, the cabbage was raw and the potatoes were old and reheated."

  • "I also didn't like the ambience. Loud inappropriate music at lunch."
  • "Turned up for cocktails and was seated less than 1m from the next table, on a sticky and dirty outside table, with a used old menu on it."
  • "Nice Gastropub, fish and chip was great, but i was alone at 8:15pm in this empty room, a bit cold on an October evening. A bit depressing the atmosphere, and the service, just correct."
  • "It used to be a more traditional pub. Now it's more like a restaurant... lacking a bit of atmosphere if you just want a drink."
  • "In an otherwise empty room us and another table were squashed together in a corner."
