• "Worst car place I have ever been to my mum phoned up after seeing a vauxhall insignia for sale, we were promised the car would be ready and waiting and will be parked outside the garage down the road as it was in for MOT then we arrived we were early and were made to wait 15 minutes as we were 15 minutes early then we looked around the car and we were happy with it and when we went into buy it the people in the office said they had already taken a deposit from someone else for the car as they did not think we would buy it and we drive 1 hour 30 minutes to come and see this only to have our time waisted we will not be back ever again."

• "When asked to fix it they told me it was due to the seat being moved took the car to the garage they had it for a week when I collected car airbag light was still on told again this was due to the seats being moved also shouted at through the phone manager advised me he works with children with additional needs and he understood my concern as I needed the car for similar work and told me light would go off after driving the car a week later light still on advised to take care to another garage for full report to be done turns out car had to suspension attached to driver side brakes where faulty airbag light was showing as system fault they had put glue over holes in exhaust car was a death trap they wouldn’t return car had to fight my consumer rights absolutely abused my custom would never purchase from private garage again please beware when purchasing from this garage."
