Cons:
"Unless you look like you have money and wealth you will not get a warm welcome completely ignored me."
"It was 10% off for over 60's today but this wasn't mentioned at the till... I was offended that my 74-year-old aunt wasn't told that she could have the discount."
"The assistant was not in the least bit helpful."
"However, the festive sandwich which we each had at £3.95 was unfortunately awful."
"Cold food was left on top on hot serving counter... Not very hygienic in my opinion."

Facilities & Accessibility
Pros:
"Tastefully set out old industrial buildings."
"Free parking."
"Very clean toilets."
"Disabled and buggy friendly throughout, there is a separate building with toilets and a changing facility."
"There are very well maintained toilets and ample car parking."
"All with wheelchair access."
"Wheelchair accessibility to gift shop and cafe is excellent."
Cons:
"I’m a wheelchair user and have been visiting this particular store now for a good few years and normally have a lovely experience however after travelling for over an hour and waiting patiently in the queue for my turn to enter a rather rude member of staff asked me quite abruptly “where are you going upstairs or downstairs” so I answered “both” to which she answered “well you can’t because the lift doesn’t work”."
"However not so good throughout rest of the site. Heavy doors, uneven floors, lift out of order."
"Car parking is never supervised which often ends up with me and the kids having to jump out of the way."
"The kid's play area is small so that will be your biggest limiting factor if it is busy and you have small ones."
"One final caveat, no cash accepted in yarn and craft buildings or the café."
"The car park has a 2.1M height bar restriction so we had to park in a muddy layby across the road."
"I was unable to park in a disabled bay as all 7 were taken."

"Not so good on dress materials but a good old root around may uncover a hidden gem."
"Was slightly disappointed with the 'hobby' shop as it seemed to be a repeat of the other stores."
"It seemed a lot more expensive, it used to be very competitive, not now."
"Prices are on the high side too."
"Paying over £7 for three coffees was not a problem, but highlighted the cost of having lunch as we had intended, as it would be out of our price range."
"The shop was incredibly messy - fabric all over the place, the upstairs baskets were one big bundle of mess."
