Pros:

• "You will always queue to pay as generally there are only a couple of tills open."
• "The only supermarket that makes you queue at one end of the store for tills while having to walk past empty checkouts."
• "Too long waiting at checkouts too many self scans which people with full trolleys don't want to use."
