  • "Only issue I had was the table & chairs were not the easiest to sit at."
  • "This building wasn't made with accessibility or tall people in mind."
  • "There wasn't much seating in the main bar area, downstairs area was closed though so probably fine when that's open."
  • "The steps to get in and out are a bit of a problem for me."
  • "Sticky tables, very cramped."
  • "No parking & not good for wheelchair users."

Food Quality

Pros:

  • "The food is fresh and very well presented."
  • "The initial crunch as I bit into the crispy exterior gave way to the tender, flaky fish within."

  • "Amazing veggie and vegan options! Nut roast was really really tasty."

  • "The fish, undoubtedly fresh, maintained its natural flavors, accentuated by a delicate seasoning that balanced the oceanic notes."
  • "Food was excellent and reasonably priced."

Cons:

  • "Sadly ordered vegetarian sausages but was served meat sausages."
  • "I had the ploughman’s and it was absolutely atrocious."
  • "The sticky toffee pudding was rock hard."
  • "Ham that looked like it had been left out since Christmas, anaemic looking salad and brown slices of apple with 1 lump of cheese and a soggy baguette."
  • "4 of us ordered steak, the food was cold, the steak was fatty and tough, about 5 chips, cold shrivelled mushrooms, cold onion rings, will never eat there again."
  • "The fish batter was very greasy and over cooked he had two mouthfuls and couldn’t eat it."
  • "The whole meal was dried out like it sat under the grill for ages."
