Cons:

  • "The food looks good but tastes bad."
  • "The burger was lacking. I thought the chicken burger would be delicious with some special sauce but it was pretty basic and dry."
  • "Portions have significantly decreased and are seriously overpriced."
  • "One downside was the fact that one of us ordered the veggie quesadilla, which arrived with the vegetarian society flag in it. After a few mouthfuls she realised it was full of chicken."
  • "The steak in the fajitas was dry and chewy, tortillas were hard and dry and they were very stingy with the condiments so not worth it for the price."
  • "The food was not great. The crispy cauliflower was quite crispy however inside was soo soggy!"

Service

Pros:

  • "Lovely venue, good food, friendly staff."
  • "Leo our waiter was also really helpful, super friendly and didn’t mind us asking lots of questions to help us select our meals."
  • "The lovely short-haired blonde lady was really attentive to my gluten-free diet."
  • "However liked the bottomless deal, the waitress with blonde hair was really fun and was great to be served by her."
  • "Our waiter, James, was very kind and funny! Wonderful customer service!"
  • "We were found seating quickly, even given a choice of seats and then served fair quickly by our waitress Zsanett - she was lovely and even helped with recommendations for our cocktail and food choices."
  • "Service from Antonio was fab and the bar staff, as always, made some incredibly tasty cocktails!"

Cons:

  • "Zsanette was our waiter and she bein super rude, she make us order food because we weren't able to order just drink."
  • "The service was also very inattentive and we probably will not come back."
  • "The service was mediocre."
  • "Service, unfortunately, let our experience down. They were very busy and not enough staff to deal with all their customers needs."
  • "No service for 30 mi uses, not even a drink."
  • "Lovely staff, they look stressed but they remain very professional."

Ambience

  • "It was extremely loud, and cramped."

  • "Ok atmosphere but very noisy."

Value

Pros:

  • "2-4-1 cocktails added even more value."

  • "Their happy hour cocktails/mocktails are a bargain."
  • "For central London it was good value at £108.00 for five diners including drinks and £12.00 service charge."

Cons:

  • "I do disagree with the 12.5% auto service charge being added."
  • "They probably forgot about our order as it came out lukewarm and seasonless so definitely not worth the extortionate service charge they slapped on top of the order as well."
  • "Great drinks however this place does not accept cash, which excludes elderly people, vulnerable people and homeless people or people like myself who simply find it easier to budget with cash."
  • "Food is pretty average considering the price, but you're probably paying for the location rather than quality."
  • "Happy hour was the only good thing bringing the cost of a cocktail to £7 instead of a whopping £14!! Really is a rip off and I will avoid it at all costs in the future."
  • "Did feel that the service charge was quite high."
  • "All seemed overpriced & a bit miserable."
