Customer Service

Pros:

  • "First class service especially from a young lad called Benjamin. Considering he was new to shop floor he went out of his way to answer my questions."
  • "Visited store to collect DPD parcel and had a browse while there as well. The staff were very helpful throughout my time there."

The sound bar was not in store and was told it would be delivered to store for collection, after a month called in to the store to see where it is and told they have none left, they have offered nothing in its place and have said as it was free cannot give any money back."

Pros:

  • "Very underwhelming. Store has a reasonable choice of white goods and small kitchen appliances. TV and technology limited choice and very small when it comes to accessories."
  • "This store is so much smaller than the one on newmarket Road in cambridge. For some reason I felt there wasn't so many samsung Tv's on display here, seamed to favour LG tv's."
  • "Car Park outside was fairly quiet but it does share with the Home Store next too it."
  • "Had a good visit today, we were left to our own devices (ie no one hovering round us) we chose what we wanted asked an assistant for advice (when we wanted it)."
