Speed of Service

Pros:

• "Phoned kwik fit to have it removed, they were able to book me in the next day and I had my car back within the hour."

• "My booking could not be found. I dropped my car off at 9.30 and it took till 10.05 for them to tell me what I already knew and for them to find my booking."

• "I had my works hilux in for tyre check and replacement. Fitted 4 new tyres but couldn't balance them, wouldn't fit on the machine apparently."
• "When buying tyres they put the rubber on to your current metal inner, which for the price i think is not great. They don't explain this even when given the opportunity."
• "Recently had two rear tyres fitted to my car... The next day after they fitted the tyres I went out and one of the tyres was completely flat so I took it back that afternoon and they re sealed it for me."
