Product Range and Selection

Pros:

• "Great range of products. Interesting to have an Iceland in there now."
• "Large Range store with an Iceland frozen foods inside. This store sells everything, home decor, lighting, decorating supplies, art supplies, furniture, small electrical appliances, gardening supplies and plants, pet supplies and a changeable seasons section."

Pros:

• "Andrew at the Benton store was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly and when the store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, he offered an alternative product and explained how to use it."
• "I attended this store looking for garden equipment. I was assisted by a staff member called Dale. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sold."
• "Staff however, are helpful & friendly, and there is a fab free parking facility."
• "Firstly I have to say that the lady who served us on the checkout was absolutely amazing pleasant, smiled and the whole place lit up what a lovely person."

Cons:

• "Unfortunately the staff are not very nice people, they all seem absolutely miserable they even complained to me about getting little discounts themselves and they all look like they hate their jobs."
• "Great store in general, but I wanted 2 items in Xmas and couldn't find staff. Went to the till, they called for staff 3 times until someone appeared. The till staff were not pleasant and had horrible attitudes, which let the store down."
• "When we went to the tills I asked three times for a bag and she said she would when she’d finished scanning the items. Then she started serving the next customer before she gave us a bag!!"
• "AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Paid £200 for an item which arrived broken and The Range will not replace or refund and have ignored my calls and emails for 3 weeks."

Accessibility and Layout

• "There is plenty of parking space. Good location."
• "Decent size store with a wide RANGE of items to choose from. This store also has a mini Iceland freezer store inside which is handy."

• "Everything is very cramped together. Impossible to shop in a wheelchair or scooter. It must be difficult even with a kids buggy to get around."
• "Parking is atrocious. Disabled parking is very sparse and ordinary bays don't leave enough room to get in or out of vehicle."
