Facilities and Cleanliness

Pros:

  • "It's kept nice and clean and there are lots of apparatus for children to play with."
  • "Decent entertainment for children, but not as fun for the supervisor :( good level of cleanliness and management (off peak hour though)."
  • "Very clean however and the staff were friendly."
  • "We went Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy - no more that 15 people which was a nice experience."
  • "Shockingly poor. If you're in the cafe then there's very limited viewing into the bouncing areas."

Cons:

  • "This place is really dated and old compared to other trampoline places."
  • "It's a bit dated, food isn't really an option, just mars bars ect. Not very big and the ceiling need a major clean."
  • "Shockingly poor. If you're in the cafe then there's very limited viewing into the bouncing areas."
  • "The building is really hot, but they don’t turn the fans on that they have in place, the seating is very limited so you can’t watch your kids have fun."
  • "The place is tired & dirty! My first time in the building & not very impressed."

Staff and Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Staff are generally friendly and polite despite catering for so many people!"
  • "Superb customer service. I had issues with my booking for a session at the park and Jon came back to me with a solution on the same day."
  • "Spent the afternoon being a BIG kid!! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, Louise was amazing!"
  • "Attended a birthday party here and it was excellent. The team were really friendly and helpful."
  • "Always been positive about this place but my daughter had 8 friends for her 13th, the attitude of their staff was horrific."

Cons:

  • "Further more a staff member also joining the line. I'm pretty sure the place does not have any air conditioning."
  • "Horrific experience, I have never been to a child’s play centre where the staff are so rude and act as if they hate their job."
  • "Absolute awful, incredibly rude staff who all look so annoyed by their jobs and that you are interrupting their day."
  • "Not cohesive with children's safety. Not instructive regarding children who do NOT follow the safety video."
  • "Crowded as it's popular. Not too much for the under 3s and the bigger kids are all over the 0 to 3 stuff without any staff involvement (or other parents)."

Value for Money

Pros:

  • "Great place to take the kids for a birthday party! They got an hour to bounce, plenty of space for everyone, not packed full, then some food after as well."
  • "I took my children here for the first time recently and I couldn't fault it. The children had a great time. The staff were great."
  • "Booked my daughters party here today and had a great time. Staff were friendly and explained everything, nothing was too much."
  • "We attended the family saver session, really fab price. Kids loved it."
  • "We found it small and over populated for the space available for the kids to actually play.... they even had to que for certain areas, wasting there paid for time."

Cons:

  • "Inside there were two toilets in the male area which I found shocking having to queue and seeing some poor young boy hanging on for dear life almost wetting himself."
  • "It was expensive @ £28 for my son & partner, whom had to pay to enter the arena (if you can call it that) plus £5 for 2 pairs of socks, which will not be worn again."
  • "Downstairs cafe won’t let us sit down and making us sit in the unmanned upstairs area while we wait. No food available yet chips being served in the lower area."
  • "It's fun place good friendly staffs just could do with bigger trampolines I think (it's bit expensive though 4 kids 1 adults with I bounce socks nearly £60 For one hour."
  • "After paying £120 for a party of 6, I expected much much more. I expected to be able to park outside the venue, I expected to arrive and be shown to our reserved party table."

Overall Experience

Pros:

  • "This place is pretty cool! Went here with my 6 year old for a birthday party and joined in myself. Loads to do for the hour we had and pretty good cafe."
  • "My children love it here. A safe, fun place to burn off some steam and have a great time."
  • "Central location. Great venue. Large and airy. Wonderful for children."
  • "Easy to get to but parking difficult at busy times. Kids loved it, and plenty of space to bounce and run around, my boys loved it."
  • "I visited the I-play section. Staff were really on the ball and helped find the parents of a child who wasn't doing as he should. It's a nice space."

Cons:

  • "Also the website suggests adults need to pay to enter even if just spectating. So I did. When we arrived, it turned out I didn't need to pay."
  • "Noisy. Crowded. Adjoining the soft play. Basically hell on earth then."
  • "It kind of reminds me of Morrisons with the quiet times at 9am on Sunday. Its a 'gesture' and they pick the times people are not going to come anyway."
  • "Shockingly poor. If you're in the cafe then there's very limited viewing into the bouncing areas."
  • "No where near the amount of parking required for this venue, something which should have been thought out a little more before planning accepted?"
