Pros:

• "Usual supermarket. Tend to avoid due to we need a wheelchair for a disabled passenger and was told we couldn't remove the chair from the store to the car park and they wanted a deposit for the chair too."
• "Had a recent trip and received appalling customer service- I've email head office and was told to wait 48hours for a reply.... it's been 4 days now- I'm not holding my breath for a response."
