• "Brilliant customer service, went in on Saturday to buy some tools to fix our bed and both Alan and Rob were very helpful in cutting a piece of wood and showing us which would be the best drill to buy."

• "The toilets were also pretty gross, puddles all over the floor and no working hand driers."
• "Massive store spotless needed something for my kitchen sink found it in seconds, was disappointed the cafe was gone and the toilets are a nightmare but that's due to covid not B&Q fault restrictions and the location if the toilets do make things complicated not good if your desperate or have a problem."
