Quality of Service

Pros:

  • "Brought the misses car in for free check up as it was chucking out a diesel smell. They gave the vehicle the 11 point check over and were also able to work out that the smell was coming from leaking diesel injector."
  • "Honestly a much better experience than going to Mercedes directly. The staff are super friendly and personable, make you feel comfortable and explain everything about the work they carried out."

Cons:

  • "Mine Passed with a clean bill of health, brake failure in less than 5 miles causing £5000 worth of damage and Halfords think offering 50% of my costs are acceptable."

We took the car back to another garage that had put the bumper on a week before, they found the following issues. The pedestrian sensors had been removed and the airbag light was unplugged under the drivers seat."
