"Absolutely stunning! Seriously it's beautiful just watching the water and the folk selling thier wares!"
Cons:
"Although a bit dirtier and much more expensive."
"But no matter what the weather you can always get some of the best fish and chips in England."
"It's a nice peaceful slow going area lots of shops to go to busier in the summer months .could do with a tidy up with year round attention rather than just for summer as locals deserve a lovely experience year round."
"Brixham is such a lovely place but the amount of litter floating in the water is very sad to see."
Food and Dining Experience
Pros:

"Definitely try ice cream there mostly people selling homemade ice creama and plenty of places to eat good food."
"Active harbour where you have a wide range of seafood for the soul."
"We went for a meal at the Rockfish restaurant, my wife had Dover Sole while I had mussels. They were excellent."
"Good shopping for souvenirs and bucket & spades. Parking was £1.50 for an hour which we used just walking to the light house and back."
"Went for the fireworks, one of the best displays we have seen."
"Nice little harbour.Plenty of shops and places to eat."
Cons:
"With the exception of Fuller's pasties, the food quality in general did not live up to the hype, nor our expectations."
"The only downside is the public toilets. The toilets at breakwater beach cost 30p and are absolutely disgusting."
"Very nice fishing town, the place to go for fresh fish and crab sandwiches! Also has a resident seal you can see following the fishing boats... And one of only two copies of the Golden Hide sail ship in the world!"
"Brixham harbour is a good place to visit if in Torbay, busy fishing port lots of good places to eat and drink nice little shops lovely scenery boat trips etc the thing that really let's it down is the public lavatories it cost 30p no copper coins accepted but you can pay by bankers card, this is extortion pure and simple particularly if you are taking a family with you."
