Value for Money

Pros:

  • "Really reasonable cost to enter too but the parking can be a challenge as the meter is fresh out if the 90s only taking coins."
  • "Soft play was really good. It's in the same building as trampoline park which looked fantastic though at £12 for an hour was too expensive for us."
  • "We felt the entry price was fair as other local waterparks were more expensive."
  • "Not too expensive. Carers go free."
  • "Excellent for the price fun for the kids separate pool just for swimming and pool with a couple of slides and a few fun things nothing spectacular but ideal for younger kids."
  • "Fairly priced I think and staff were helpful."
  • "Its about £25 for a family of 4 and represents value for as long as you can bear the cold."

Cons:

  • "Paid to go in swimming... had to get out of the pool, to reception freezing and buy a noodle which was £8!!! Scammers!"
  • "Would not rate this place, really expensive, not very clean (dirty plates and food everywhere)."
  • "Paid £4.60 (rip off) for parking and had to leave."
  • "Very expensive way to kill a couple of hours! Parking outside the venue is charged separately and is not cheap in itself."
  • "Bit of a swizz. You pay more than every other trampoline park I've been to, but then have to pay parking, of which there is bloody loads."
  • "Place was good but very expensive because of our 5 admissions and to only be allowed to swim for less than 1 and a half hours."
  • "I realised after I was overcharged by £6 compared to the internet prices."

  • "This is a great indoor play area for kids all ages (including big adult kids)."
  • "The best swimming pool for kids, with a separate changing area for you and your children, the cubicles are big enough to fit a pushchair in."

Cons:

  • "One of the flumes was also broken and out of action."
  • "The 'fun' pool didn't really excite me and my 6 year old soon lost interest in the pool itself."
  • "The pool unfortunately is disgusting looks like someone accidentally spilt a ton of soil init."
  • "The main orange flume was broken water canon hose was ripped out and just dangling in the water like a hose pipe."
  • "The pool itself (family fun pool) was smaller than expected, the 'deep end' was about 1.2m! And the slides were smaller than anticipated."
  • "It only had a tiny shallow area near the steps which we couldn't stay in with toddlers as there were moving water shooters which sprayed the kids constantly - not ok for smalls."
