Staff Attitude and Service Quality

Pros:

• "I popped into KFC tonight 3rd December to pick up a takeaway for my son he had the fillet burger meal there was quite a long waiting time for us as we decided to go into the KFC rather than the drive through as that was really busy, other than the amount of time it took to get the meal I must add he really enjoyed his food."

• "When I called them the person on the other couldn't even tell me why it had been cancelled 🤷‍♂️ won't be using KFC again very poor all round."
