Customer Service
Pros:
"Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Jamie who was our cashier."
"Got everything I was looking for. Well staffed with helpful people."
"Lovely supermarket with ample parking. Staff always super friendly and products good value and high quality, even my cat loves their cat food and they do a great variety of vegan products."
"I would like to say how pleased I was with the manager at Paisley's Loanend branch who kindly dealt with my enquiry this morning. His approach to dealing with a customers issue were treated with the dignity and respect which should be passed on to all customer service staff at Morrison's stores."
"Congratulations to him for doing his job with a smile."
"I visit this store often as the staff are very helpful and are happy to direct me to what I'm looking for."
"Always found Morrisons first class for customer care."
Cons:
"Becoming increasingly unhappy with this store."
"I was asked to move all my stuff to another self check out and the worker didn't even offer to help me move my many items he just watched. Terrible service happy to take your money but if your looking for assistance or common decency go elsewhere."
"There is a training need for staff in Johnstone some have very bad manners. Talking to their colleagues whilst serving customers. Unhelpful to the point that they are more important than the customer."
"Not our local store and when requested something at the deli and they refused, we were told our branch was doing it wrong."
"Very disappointed in this supermarket."
"The food is fine but some of the staff are extremely rude...Customer till operator said 'Thank you' then I replied 'Thank you' then the staff member sneered and said 'Whatever loser..I dont actually care' while her and a customer laughed."
"Some staff and management clearly enjoy wrongly profiling customers as shoplifters, on the regular - displaying discriminatory behaviours."
Store Layout & Accessibility
Pros:
"Nice layout with a good choice of groceries."
"Great variety on most products excellent fruit veg and butcher meat."
"I like visiting a supermarket where the products I'm looking for are in the same place each time I visit."
"Large car park with plenty of disabled spaces."
"The store has easy access for all walks of life the isle are wide enough for wheel chair and scooters to get around easily."
"Store is clean with hand cleaning stations and spray for baskets and trolleys."
"Well stocked shelves and well-spaced aisles making it easy to get about whist pushing a wheelchair."
Cons:
"Cant get down the aisles as they've squashed them all together."
"Shop is a bit small for what they try to cram into it, could do with another floor added onto it and they have the room since it's technically a warehouse, but I have to say it is much much better laid out than the one at Falside."
"They have put more aisles in, obviously to put more lines in for the publics choice, but I find the aisles too tight."
"Half a dozen aisles empty, all vegetables almost gone."
"No pitta bread. Fresh pizza counter has no pizza bases. Limited options on the 3 for £10 meat and fish. Empty shelves everywhere. Going downhill rapidly."
"The far right hand side, down the side of the store towards Abbey Mill is always messy. Lots of rubbish, always flooding, uneven ground and towards the back there is lots of Graffiti."
"The shelves were empty of produce and full of cardboard although it is Saturday evening and I expected the shelves to be a little empty, this was more like covid lock down panic buying."
Product Quality & Variety
Pros:
"You can get fresh & frozen fruits and vegetables."
"Paper bags and loose fruit and veg now available, great."
"Freshly cooked chicken for £4 is delicious, fresh pizzas with your choice of toppings."
"Superstore with friendly knowledgeable & helpful staff. Have a wide range of good value quality produce with restaurant & coffee bar."
"I love morrisons products good staff service good."
"I go to morrisons every day and I think it's a brilliant shop. It has a logical layout and has almost everything you need from a super market."
"Large cafe with a good range of food and drinks."
Cons:
"While in Morrison's I bought 2 sirloin steaks just over £10 for the 2.. and barbequed them, normally they would be delicious but they were as tough as old boots.. I suspect they spent some time in a freezer. The perfect way to destroy steaks..very disappointed."
"The rest of the goods are as usual too expensive."
"Shelves are always empty, be it fresh pizza, crisps, fruit or certain canned drinks they just don't have the stock."
"It was very expensive compared to Tesco and Asda and not much of a choice these days and always running low or out of stock more than others."
"Offer price on shelf (yellow price) rarely matches price at till."
"Nice supermarket but the shambles of shelf price not matching the price at the till hasn't changed."
"Shop very low in food I was wanting."
Checkout & Payment Experience
Pros:
"Just picked up our Christmas food order and like last year very easy to do."
"The boy David who was working at the checkout went above & beyond to help me."
"Fuel station with petrol and diesel at keen prices."
"Handy for me to visit, good selection of reasonably priced products, also has fuel ⛽ Station at store and the petrol price is always good in my opinion."
"A great bonus for us, having a Morrisons right next to where we were getting our car fixed."
"We have just moved to Paisley and are really pleased that the nearest supermarket's are both Morrisons, a small one that is more than adequate and a large one. Friendly staff and good service."
"Big morrisons store but can only get in one way entrance at the moment with their queuing system. But great store, always well stocked."
Cons:
"I waited ten minutes to be served at the till."
"Was in for a breakfast today... we waited over 45 minutes for the breakfast to be served."
"Decent shop however what’s the deal with the self service tills? One cash only and 7 card only."
"Takes a shorter amount of time to shop than it does waiting in queues to pay for it."
"Half of tills closed. At the open ones staff very slow - more interested in chatting then serving customers... At self-service area every second till accepting just cards... and apparently noone bothers to do anything about it..."
"Having paid for my shopping I had to wait for ages because I'd been overcharged. Staff were quite rude, painfully slow and very unapologetic."
"Got to check out with £200.00 shop to find there were no tills open and had to use self scan real pain to be honest."

Pros:
"If you buy an adult meal for £5 or more, you get a free kids meal with a drink and piece of fruit."
"I would like to try Tea for two. Caffe is closed for sit down. I bought take away. Fantastic!!! All was fresh: three types of sandwiches, two small Melton mowbray pork pies, two Gokd tea bags, two huge strawberries with cream, two slices of lemon drizzle, two types of brownies, two fruits scones with butter and jam."
"EXCELLENT PLACE TO SHOP.IT HAS RESTAURANT WITH GREAT MENU FOR ADULTS AND KIDS."
"Nice staff, always clean and the in-store cafe is great."
"First class service from the lady at the coffee shop, she knew i was having a problem with auto glass and she allowed me to sit in for as long as i needed to."

"Big morrisons store but can only get in one way entrance at the moment with their queuing system. But great store, always well stocked."
