Service Efficiency

Pros:

  • "As always, great value fast food. Super fast service, just order at self service pods."
  • "Took the grand kids for burgers, used the drive thro which was very efficient altho we had to go to the car park to wait for the food which was brought to us by a member of the team, we didn't wait long and the coffee is good."
  • "Great service and good selection of burgers, drinks and desserts. Staff are always helpful and the drive through is usually punctual."

  • "The new self service layout is great they've had that on he continent for years so great to see Dunfermline catching up."

  • "What a joke... They've removed virtually all human interface from an ordering aspect."
