Appointment System:
Pros:
- Had my first experience with E16 Health (Pontoon Dock) today and the turnaround was really quick.
- Big thanks to Forid for calling me back and help me to book my appointment so quickly.
- I had the best experience for the first time over the phone.
- Despite being #26 in the queue at 8am on the phone, I eventually got through and got an appointment at 10am.
- The receptionist that booked my appointment was very good.
- I called late morning and got an appointment for a doctor to call me that same afternoon.
- After my call, followed a text message to confirm the time the doctor would call.
Cons:
- Service here is absolutely shocking since the opening of the new location in Pontoon Dock.
- Impossible to get an appointment with this office.
- Have spent months chasing a simple letter/report.
- An absolute joke. You'd think there is not a single GP working at this practice.
- The alleged "triage" service does not triage your issues.
- No appointment on app for last 3 months.
- Horrible service. Impossible to book an appointment with the gp.
- This GP is a joke! I'm awake since 6am trying to book an appointment through the app.
- Unable to book an appointment with the GP.
- Absolutely impossible to get an appointment.
- This GP is horrible. Hard to get an appointment despite calling at 8am.
- The worst gp Cannot get appointment when children are ill.
- It’s hard to get an appointment if you don’t call at 8am.
- For three weeks I have called at 8 am to speak to a doctor. Nothing.
Reception Staff:
Pros:
- The girls on reception are always friendly and helpful (I spoke to Shaznia today).
- Shazna was very helpful in getting my son an appointment for the same evening.
- A Courteous, Respectful, Kind lady attended to me on the phone by name Evelyn Richardson.
- Samuel, at the front desk, is extremely helpful and professional.
- I called today and although the call queue was long the receptionist was polite and helpful.
Cons:
- Receptionists which worked today(8.06.2023) were rude.
- The receptionists are so robotic and a smile and greeting is beyond them.
- Receptionists do not care for your health in the slightest.
- The worst surgery in this country. The receptionists are so robotic and do not understand anything.
- Jade is the worst ever receptionist to have spoken with.
- The waiting times on the telephone are atrocious.
- You get approached by receptionists who are very rude and impolite.
Staff Professionalism:
Pros:
- Samuel was of great help to me, was super kind and was relentless in assisting me.
- Dr. Barbara Osamwonyi was incredibly kind to talk me through solutions.
- Saima Begum went above and beyond.
- The lady at the reception, Jayde was very helpful.
- Dr. Barbara was great. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very accommodated.
Cons:
- Nurse Florence Arewa needs to reflect on her manners.
- This practice is really badly managed, and the team has no compassion and empathy.
- The NHS has lots of issues; lack of personal etc.
- They ruined my day, made me pay money for a taxi.
- Clinicians are just rushing to get things done.
Facility:
Pros:
- First of all, this place is huge and very clean.
- It's good to have a GP on hand. Beautifully done interior.
Cons:
- Not the easiest to find via Google Maps - it's next to Johns and Co management, as in the picture.
Overall Service:
Pros:
- So thankful to have them as part of the community.
- All in all, a great service.
Cons:
- Absolutely atrocious service.
- Very poor customer service.
- PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGERY!
- I strongly advise against registering to E16.
