  • "Running out of beer before half time for a rugby fixture and an absolute shambles of communication with regards to it."
  • "However, coming out to get home was a nightmare. There was a lot of people and there was no organisation directing people of how to get onto the correct mode of transport."
  • "For a modern stadium, the exits are a disgrace."
  • "The services are pretty unspectacular and the management and information for transport connections are a bit of a joke."
  • "Left stadium to get tram back and complete chaos ensued."

Facilities

Pros:

Cons:

  • "Lovely stadium, but generally your stewards did not know the finer details of the stadium."
  • "We arrived, and our seats had been taken by arrogant young men. When we tried to get this sorted the security person had no clue about what to do!"
  • "Access is also a problem as I saw a guy with one leg, forced to hop up the stairs to the back row, it was terrible but thankfully he got some help from the security staff."
  • "The ladies toilets are woefully insuffient as well as disgusting."
  • "Ladies toilets are a disgrace, between choked toilets, no soap and cold water."
  • "Ladies toilets are a disaster and disgraceful, 60,000 plus at the Bruce Springsteen concert and each toilet only had 4 cubicles really poor and not what you expect."
  • "The lack of female toilets. I would say that around a third of the rugby fan attending are female but only have about an eighth of the toilets that the men do."

Food & Beverage

Pros:

  • "Loads of choice of street food options available inside and outside actual stadium which was priced pretty much the same as the pubs."

  • "Good range of food stalls in the fan zone."
  • "Food outlets are particularly good, so get there before kick off and enjoy a beer and a bite, as well as soaking up the pre-match atmosphere."

Cons:

  • "Disappointed at the outrageous pricing for food & beverages, there is no need for it to be so highly inflated."
  • "Two small coffees and 5 small dough rings - Β£16.00! Really?"
  • "The only down side are the price charged for food and drink which are extortionate to say the least."
  • "Food okay but big queues and quite expensive."
  • "Nice stadium, good crowd handling procedures, but concessions are expensive Β£6 for a pasty Β£12 for fish and chips, Β£3 for a small bottle of water."
  • "Food was very sub standard (no wonder the amount of people crammed in) waited 30 mins to get served at the bar."
  • "Food and Drink stands are expensive and some can be a bit lacking in the portion size."
