"On line booking needs look at first booking on line was cancelled as I had book car in for a 3pm slot and got a phone call for the car to be at garage for 10.30 which I could not make as I work."
"Unfortunately, the used approved car was not cleaned very well and still had gunk on the steering wheel and dirt on the seats and in the boot from the previous owner."
