Location

Pros:

• "The most reasonable priced hotel with great facilities for service men and women, their families and MoD civilians to stay. And within a short walk from Waterloo station."
• "Good location next to Waterloo train and tube station. 10 minutes casual walk to the London Eye."
• "The hotel is literally outside Waterloo East Station so very central and a few minutes walk to the southbank where we got some amazing Street food."

Cons:

• "There is no air conditioning or air movement so I had to open the windows but even at 3am there were still people screaming and shouting outside and I was on the 13th floor."
• "Can get noisy from the bars 🍸 but hey its London."

Rooms

Pros:

• "Rooms spotless and spacious."
• "Room was clean and well presented."
• "We had a family room which was spacious and clean, not ultra modern but comfortable with bunk beds for the kids."

• "the only thing you will hate about this place is the other guests. 90% of them are over 60 and have no etiquette."
