  • "The staff gang up on you, when you have a legitimate appointment from a doctor's assessment on 111, they try to dismiss you."
  • "Lazzy personal who don't care abaut you at all. Just passing the problem from one doctor to another."

Service Efficiency

Pros:

  • "Consultants were nice and informative and within 20 min we have left the building."
  • "I only waited 2 hours from booking in to leaving."
  • "Went here on a Saturday late morning, free parking, was seen in 10 minutes - whole visit took just 20 minutes including registering my car for the car park."

  • "I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by the nurse and then x-rayed and then seen again by the same nurse."
  • "Honestly can’t fault the service and treatment my little boy received last night. Staff were professional and reassuring. We were seen promptly and very grateful that we could be dealt with here rather than having to wait hours at a&e."

Cons:

  • "After arriving at 11am just to get a repeat prescription, waited in line, standing the entire time, had a 2.5 hr wait just to see the nurse."
  • "Don’t waste your time got turned away last night after waiting a few hours as they had no staff."

Facility Quality

Pros:

  • "The only thing good about this centre is the Car Park."
  • "Lots of parking available, overall a good clinic."
  • "Full marks for parking, sadly my appointment with the nurse who was due to remove my stitches was unnecessarily unpleasant."

Cons:

  • "This place is absolutely appalling."
  • "The experience we had was awful, the staff seemed lost, waiting was over 3 hours."
  • "Most inefficient walk in service ever!"
  • "What we weren't told at Harold Wood however is that as we didn't register our car in the car park (even though we were turned away!!!) we received a fine for parking there for 30mins."
  • "Complained about this website, no telephone number that works at all, the number on the website is not working or in use - so avoid using that too - apparently it's owing to it being a walk in clinic which is why you cannot book at appointment!"
  • "The reception staff are more preoccupied with themselves and when asked a question will just point at the sign informing you of a possible wait time."
  • "was told by the rude receptionist downstairs, to go upstairs as no clinics just walk in, upstairs no reception & not very clear where to go....needs someone up stairs that knows what they are doing and receptionists need a course on customer care & politeness."
