They accepted the service level i requested and mentioned it may go up depending on last service/mileage etc. Reason for the 4 stars is because whilst the gentleman i dealt with was very polite, he made me wait in the cold for 20 minutes without coming out to say he’s on the phone or dealing with another customer and wasn’t very helpful in explaining the procedure & timescales of the service to a new customer!"
