Facilities

Pros:

• "Very impressive and well organised. Not a new centre but equipment and environment good. Wide variety of activities and associated clubs make this an attraction for all ages."
• "Pool with wave machine 2 flumes slow and fast ride water features and a kids dragon slide also parent and toddler pool flumes only open after 4pm on school days and all day non school days."

• "The place is falling apart ,the showers are blocked with scale the men's changing room is in very poor condition with plaster falling off the walls & not enough private changing facilities,its always cold , I've always like going to Leicester leys but over the last 12 months it has gone right down hill."

• "This swimming baths is an absolute joke now. Went today and the chlorine was that strong it made my throat sore! Plus the water in all pools was freezing my daughter's were shivering after only half an hour I had to get them out."
• "The swimming pool is fun just like it has always been the problem is there is nothing that has been updated in 35 years of it being there.. everything is the same.. the changing rooms need to be changed with all showers missing buttons.. it's a shame really as I went there as a kid but I feel its dirty and need changing asap."

Cons:

• "Negatives are that the computer system always seems to be down."
• "Poor customer service. Rang up to enquire about the pool temp for our 5 month old and got nothing but attitude on the phone. We will go else where instead!!"
• "Frustrating to call. Trying to check availability of a court and have been number one in the que for 20mins......Always happens when calling these guys."

• "Changing rooms disgusting, dirty floors .. these are woman's changing rooms and toilets in there .2 broken and dirty, smelly ,wet floors very dangerous!"

• "Prices are reasonable. However don't get chocolate from the vending machines it will be melted."
• "Swimming for all the family they a wave machine, toddlers pool, nice gym if your 60and over apply for 'The Card' and get a£5 a month ticket to swim as many times as you like or £1 a swim in off peak ask about what else it can get you......."

Cons:

• "Decent place a little bit pricey for what you get in all honesty but kids loved it! Be better if all slides are open all the time as it seems sporadic when they open."
• "Can be a bit expensive for what it is."
• "However it is quite expensive to get in, just over £5 for an adult and you also have to pay for over 3s."
• "The kids' swimming lesson membership is a bit pricey."
• "If you go regularly can be quite pricy - £9 for an adult and 3 year old swimming, even more during school holidays."
• "The front desk worker was pretty miserable, and £11 for a one hour badminton court rental was a bit excessive."
• "Thought it would be cheaper than ten pounds,as grandson 11,and I'm over 60,toilet gruppy,shower room,fifthy tiles,staff on the desk not friendly at all,the life guards were friendly though,don't think we be going there again."
