  • "I needed a new wiper blade and had been sent a voucher by Halfords to use online or in store. The voucher didn't work online so I just went to the local store to buy it there."

Checked with Halfords that the products I had paid for were in stock and was give a booking time and date. Just been to the store only to be told the items already paid for that should have been in store were out of stock and had been for some time."
