Pros:
"I've used this for years. Regularly odd items are missing but I'm missing an entire £80 co-op order and being refused a refund because they can track the driver to driving to my house but yet can't provide proof that it was handed over."
"Ordered fish & Chips for the family, when I paid, the restaurant quoted up to 90 minutes delivery, I rang the restaurant to check this was correct, I said I could not wait, so I asked them to cancel the order, they said that I would have to contact Just Eat. I did that within 7 minutes of placing the order. The app told me I would not get any refund. After some heated words, They said a supervisor would call me."
