Play Area and Equipment

Pros:

  • "Fantastic place. Large soft play with dinosaurs and a good cafe."
  • "The equipment and everything here is great."
  • "Very large with 2 levels of soft play, they have pedal bikes there too."

Cons:

  • "Doesn't look like it has been cleaned since it opened. Loads of hair, dust, and sand in the crevices."
  • "The baby play area was EXTREMELY DIRTY, it's definitely been a loooong time since this saw a hoover/wiping."
  • "No control over people walking inside with their dirty shoes. Sand is all over the soft play area."

Staff and Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Staff are fantastic with watching the kids on the bikes and making sure they are all safe."
  • "All staff were welcoming, extremely easy and well structured when entering Dinotropolis."
  • "Tons for children to do there and it's ran very well, nice and clean with epic huge dinosaurs everywhere!"

Cons:

  • "Staff seemed ok, although it is up to you to police your kids once inside."
  • "The staff wanted to charge for adults to sit while waiting."
  • "Absolutley horrendous. No supervision anywhere, paid £15 for an adult ticket so my 7 month could enter only for signs to say 18mnths to 3 yrs."

Pricing and Value for Money

Pros:

  • "Seems pricey at around £13 per child and £5 per adult, but compared to other soft plays it's not too bad as it is larger than others."
  • "Its a large enough space that even with quite a few families here there are plenty of seats for the adults and the kids aren’t on top of each other."
  • "The dinosaurs move! You get a token to get free water or a hot drink with an adult ticket."

Cons:

  • "Charging for adults is a bit much, you don’t get anything for the money."
  • "They wouldn't allow the home made birthday cake, or for any food to be eaten there."
  • "No control over people walking inside with their dirty shoes. Sand is all over the soft play area."

Facilities and Accessibility

Pros:

  • "Doors open approximately 10 mins before allotted time, normally a queue outside but this goes quickly as they let everyone in."
  • "There is a lift to get to main level."
  • "Little cafe but with essential."

Cons:

  • "They don't permit food/drink from outside which I think is a bit greedy."
  • "You need a £1 coin for the lockers - not everyone carries cash now!"
  • "There was no wifi available at all, the mall wifi was out of range."
