She replied through we gonna talk again when the time for the last session come. When I went for the final session there was a different lady so I decided to ask her as well. Anyway, she start shouting at me when I’m a customer not a street dog."

"I was very late for my appointment at Beauty Lady, however, I called in advance to warn them and they initially said they may not be able to see me, depending on when I arrived. I was 45 minutes late to my appointment in the end after driving through the most horrendous traffic! The staff at Beauty Lady were lovely and one of the therapists, Diana, managed to squeeze my appointment in before another client."
