• "The keeper tried to convince us Eagle Heights has the minimum standards that zoos in England are expected to meet but overall the visit evoked helplessness and sadness for the poor animals trapped there."
• "If I could give a 0 stars I would :( we travelled 1 hour and a half and half way we came across some traffic that was unexpected even with time to make it just incase there was traffic we was around 20 minutes late to our booked and payed experience of walking with alpacas when we arrived the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful with doing anything they possibly can."
• "Went to the centre today and came away feeling as if we visited the most magnificent birds on earth locked up in Belmarsh Prison it's tragic, absolutely disgraceful to keep these animals captive."

• "The place is slightly run down, but any money received goes straight back to the animals and this is evident."

• "Even though there has been some new buildings built they need some help with some of the other structures."

Animal Experiences and Shows

Pros:
