Staff Friendliness and Professionalism

  • "They said I needed brake pads all round and brake fluid replacement and quoted me around £315 for just pads, fitted and brake fluid change. I then found a more reasonable price at a garage 4 mins down the road where they quoted me £145 for pads and fitting not including brake fluid."

The cream carpet in the drivers footwell was covered in black footprints (not mine), and the wheel that was punctured was covered in greasy hand prints."

  • "Actually it's a very good place but it does work for me only if you pre-book. Otherwise not."
  • "Went for service and mot 10.30 start was told it would be 2.5 hours went back 5 hours not started I was told they had problems an do said it would be ready at 5.30 failed on a tyre no time to fit that day asked to return next day at 4.oclock."
  • "Rang to make an appointment for my daughter bringing her car from Birmingham. Booked for 3.30 with Cam. Daughter turned up to be told the appt was 1.30pm but it definitely wasn't as she had an appt in Derby at that time! Luckily they managed to fit her in."
