Appointment Booking System

Pros:

  • "The practice has more doctors than the average GP so they often have a lot of appointments every day."
  • "I have been able to book an appointment very quickly."
  • "Fantastic experience! Turned up just before 8 for the walk in clinic. The queue was quite large but it moved very quickly once clinic opened."
  • "I was given an appointment time and was seen within half an hour of arriving."

Cons:

  • "It is unacceptable that we can’t book an appointment, they are just operating with walk-in appointments."
  • "Every doctor I've seen has been pleasant. However, the booking system is absolutely inexcusable. Same-day appointments only and patients must call at 8 a.m. sharp, lines are completely overwhelmed, so booking takes dozens of tries and half an hour."
  • "They don't let you book appointments in advance, so you need to call the same day and get whatever is left, with no possibility to plan."

Staff, Doctors, and Service

Pros:

  • "Janice and Audrey are the most pleasant staff that always go above and behind to help others."
  • "Dr. Nikolaos Kousouris is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my son’s health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment."
  • "Both the doctors and reception staff were absolutely fantastic - both over the phone and face to face."

Cons:

  • "We had a particularly bad experiences with Dr Waller, who was extremely rude and dismissive."
  • "terrible GP and overpaid careless GP's who want to "work from home". "Dr" Waller should take some people skills also, worst GP i have had the displeasure of meeting."

Reception and Service

Pros:

  • "Was helped by a lovely lady in the headscarf at reception who was very patient and made the whole process stress free!"
  • "Reception staff were so friendly and helpful."

Cons:

  • "I’ve seen patients start shouting at the staff and while i don't condone this i do understand it, they seem to change what they're able to do for people at random even when asking the same thing at the reception, there's no consistency."

Facilities & Services

Pros:

  • "The seating area was a bit cramped but we were still able to get somewhere to sit together."
  • "Onsite pharmacy is fantastic."

Cons:

  • "Final draw was when the receptionist was eating McDonald’s whilst working, definitely doesn’t feel hygienic or professional."
  • "Surgery needs a deep clean it's filthy."

Communication & Responsiveness

Pros:

  • "Recently my 94 year old mother had a fall st home. Within 4 hours her go doctor lomar do had phoned her to assess her."

Cons:

  • "When asked if i had a broken leg would they accept me they said no because max limit reached."

Cleanliness and Hygiene

Cons:

  • "How can you deliver health services when your clinic hygiene (toilet and everywhere) is worst than Glastonbury festival 'toilet" standard."

Customer Service and Complaint Handling

Cons:

  • "I wrote a complaint on the 20th October 2020, I have called several times to get a progress to my complaint."
  • "I would either be out on hold and it cuts off Or would be told someone will call you back and as to date I have yet to receive a call."
