  • "Their Online Consultation is so quick and easy to fill out, literally ONE page, not 100 pages."
  • "I have a doctor usually calling me within an hour or two from when I submit my Consultation, again I don't need to wait 48hrs."

  • "Try to book an appointment online and I get this message more often than not: “We have temporarily paused access to online enquiries, due to capacity issue.”"
  • "And even when I’ve filled out the online consultation form in the past, they’ve failed to get in contact."
  • "The fact that you have to fill in a form rather than just call is really irritating."

Reception and Staff Behavior

  • "Was in today for an appointment and suddenly a fight happened between the receptionist and a dad."
