Facilities and Activities
Pros:
"The centre is very big with 3 stories. It has a merry go round upstairs and a mini soft play for the younger ones."
"The play area of the venue was quite good. A fair amount of variety."
"The best part is where they have a mini town for the kids to play in."
"This place is wwwooooooooowwww.... I had no idea this kind of place existed...Caters to the play need of every member of the family."
"Really good soft play centre. We spent six hours here and the children were fully occupied for all of it."
"Lots of different things to do for the kids down to dress up, role play, a few free little rides ie carousel, ride on electric cars, wall climb etc."
"So much for the children to do! The merry go round, the water boats, outside play, the role play upstairs, bumper cars and the soft play!"
Cons:
"Most of the imaginative play areas were barren of items which was disappointing and a main selling point for my aged children."
"Freezing, Dirty, understaffed and a total rip off."
"The role play areas upstairs lacked equipment and were a complete mess."
"The equipment in outside role play areas was non existent and the buildings themselves were dirty - boring and pointless for kids."
"There isn't much for the older kids to do other than the wall climbing and the outside play area."
"The dressing up clothes are well past their best, quite tatty and not enough wear for those age groups."
"The boats were not open for use and the sand area was filled with filthy old buckets."
Customer Service
Pros:
"Staff all friendly and helpful."
"Security is taken very seriously and unlike some other similar facilities is very clean."
"Staff were polite."
"The staff are really friendly, helpful and enthusiastic."
"Staff well trained, very helpful & pleasant."
"Every single member of staff was happy and helpful. They had run out of the food we wanted but pulled all the stops out to find us something else."
"The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience."
Cons:
"I did email 360 play through their website however didn't hear back."
"Poor customer service. The staff is rude."
"There was no staff supervision on the soft play, outside, or basketball area and they ask the parents to supervise their kids."
"Staff friendly (mostly), could do with a little more training on acknowledging people though when they are busy with something, it's not that hard!"
"Staff doesn’t care about customer service."
"1 member of staff was rude and had no patience with children."
"The staff are generally friendly but can be understandably flustered given the sheer number of carbonated ankle-biters they have to herd throughout the day."
Value for Money
Pros:
"Definitely worth the money. Not much more you could ask for!"
"Fantastic place to go and much nicer than rival soft play places. There is so much on offer for kids of all ages to do."
"Great facilities..is a bit costly compared to some indoor play centers but well worth it."
"This place is good value for money. You could stay there all day."
"Our favourite place to take the little ones. Value for money as no time limits."
"It is a definitely an enjoyable softplay area compared to many around Canary Wharf, East London making it a good value for money."
"All included in the price! I have to travel an hour to get there but it is worth it!"
Cons:
"Good for the kids, but very expensive. Cost £20 to get in with one child under 3 as you have to pay for the adults and a ‘registration’ fee if you have not been before."
"However I think charging accompanying parents entry is a bit rich when the kids prices are already steep."
"They have increased the cost of the entrance to 50%!!!!!"
"The entire place needs an overhaul to say the least!"
"I find it expensive having to pay £6 for each adult on top."
"First of all the pricing is extortion. £96 for 3 adults and 6 kids for 2 hours of play."
"Pricing structure is way off compared with other soft plays. Really resent paying almost £5 per adult on top of over £8 per child."

"Very clean and decent quality."
"Basildon 360 when we visited was tidy, reasonable number of visitors and staff were friendly, keeping the place tidy and fluid for all to play in harmony and get turns."
"Great place to bring young children, one of the larger indoor play centre also has outdoor for summer months."
Cons:
"The make believe street could be fabulous if it was taken care of, theres a sign up saying its sanitized every evening, but whilst the tables appeared to have been wiped over a lot of the equipment has not, grubby fittings in a fair few of the 'shops'."
"Freezing, Dirty, understaffed and a total rip off."
"The tables and seating was filthy, empty cups and plates everywhere."
"The equipment in outside role play areas was non existent and the buildings themselves were dirty - boring and pointless for kids."
"And what about the layer of sticky dirt that covers everything."
"The fancy dress section! Which may I add is absolutely disgusting! Ripped, holey filthy outfits! Which have probably NEVER been washed…"
"Place is very dirty. Everywhere rubbish on the floor, tables dirty and old cups bottles, all over the place."
