Quality of Veterinary Care

  • "If you live anywhere outside the 10 mile catchment area do not even bother picking up your phone as you poorly pet can die as far as PDSA are concerned... No compassion, no empathy nothing."

  • "Came home from work to find my dog yelping in pain persistently and no sign of a physical injury, my normal vet was closing so advised me to take him here. I was charged nearly £200 for a 5 minute consultation and a pain killer injection."
