Customer Service

Pros:

  • "Russ went above and beyond helping us and gave us lots of advice and really made us feel valued as a customer."
  • "The best B+Q store I have come across in the UK, and I have visited quiet a few over the years from Swansea and Cowley in the south to Huddersfield, Oldham and Bury in the north and this store and it's brilliant staff come out on top ...well done Cheetham Hill, you do Manchester proud."

  • "Would NOT recommend - have since has my kitchen, planned and fitted by an independent kitchen fitter in north Manchester who actually turned up, on time, for all appointments."
