• "That was then, now after being informed my pet is due in for her vaccination told 1st appt will be 31st August, when queried was informed by person manning the phone from a call centre informed me I could always try another vet."

• "It was going to cost £70 to cut her nails and sort her knots, we agreed. We got another call to say Molly was too distressed and she would have to come back at an additional cost of £170 + the £70 for today."

• "I have only given it one star because there is no option for 0 stars.....went here for some calming capsules for my dog because of fireworks. ...sold me 28 zylkene 225 mg capsules for £56.18 ....anyway got to work and checked on line ....same capsules but a quantity of 30 costing £21.99... £34.00 cheaper and 2 capsules more.....took my expensive capsules back today less than 24 hours after purchase only to be told we don't know how you have stored them so we won't refund you......... please be very careful if you use these robbers. ..make sure you question anything your not happy with."
