Pros:

• "Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic staff, special shout-out to Isaac, or as he will now be known “Isaac the Legend” for being so enthusiastic and helpful whenever we spoke to him."

• "Food service is always dreadful, great jumping park, but not been without a food issue, over cooked, late, and some arrived 40 minutes, cold? when it was not busy, staff haven't been trained in customer service."
• "They have no idea how to organise a party. They made us ((11 kids and their own parents) wait for 30 minutes because the room was not clean."
• "Staff stole £1 from me because my locker key that i bought wouldn't open the locker that I am not responsible for therefore I will not be coming back for a long time."
