Party Experience

Pros:

• "Arrived here for first time, completely understand that its the kids holiday but the state of the place, every table had left over food and drinks, the garden was in state due to bad parenting."

• "You have a maximum of 2 hrs and a half stay in peak times and you cannot pick where you want to sit."
• "Totally over crowded no room to move with all the parties on and then visitors have nowhere to sit not a very good entry and exit system children just follow others out."
• "The only negative was the session was 12-2 and I took my grandson to toilet at 1.50 for a few minutes and told him he had 5 minutes left but when we came out at 1.55 everyone had been cleared from play area which led to a tantrum from 2 year old."

Cleanliness and Safety

• "A nice enough place for children but there are too many children older than 3 going into the 3 and under section, which is a shame."
• "The only downsides I could think of were the kinda eggs on the cafe counter, I couldn't pull my son away from and the horrible looking fruit for sale I wouldn't even touch."
• "The only thing I would improve is the size of the ball pit in the baby area, it got very busy and only allows 2-3 babies in it an once."
