Facilities and Cleanliness

Pros:

• "The centre is very clean, staff friendly and it's safe to let the kiddies run riot while you have a coffee etc."

• "The facilities are fantastic, with areas separated by age, making sure that while younger children can play with the big kids if accompanied by an adult, the bigger kids cannot climb in with the younger kids and horse around dangerously."

• "Its big and fun for the kids but it was filthy. Taking your shoes off to play and getting from your table was a mine field of chips, litter and wet floor."
• "Personally for me the let down was the toilets. I used the disabled with baby change and the floor by the toilet was swamped with urine mixed with most likely fecal matter or some other sort of grime."

• "Asaloutly disgusting service by Nikkie. Was holiding my child in my arms and the gate which is knee high to me opened at which point and she started barking at me that she would open the gate."
• "Staff need training on how to talk to children. My three year old was screamed at by a member of staff because she had wandered into the two and unders to see my wife."

• "AVOID PAYING OVER THE PHONE ITS A SCAM!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted with this establishment we called to arrange a party and to pay a 50 deposit, they booked the party and took full payment unauthorised instead of the 50 that they said they were going to take."

I'm fuming 😠😠 Only when I told them I was ringing the police did the manager turn round and tell me she would go and deal with the woman. yet still nothing was done!"
